The location was superb, with easy access to Tokyo Station, the Fish Market, and a subway station right next to the hotel. The hotel facilities were clean and fresh, and I particularly appreciated the free wifi and mini fridge in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing me to check out late and holding my bags for me. this hotel provided excellent service and a convenient location in the center of everything.

As women travelling alone, we loved the convenient location near Takaracho subway station. The staff were polite and understanding. Being close to a Family Mart was a bonus for sweet treats and last-minute supplies.
Felt like being at home, no complaints.

The room size was disappointingly small, barely any space to move around. The bed was also quite small and uncomfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located near a convenient store and is close to both Ginza and Tokyo train stations. It is also within walking distance to popular attractions such as the Imperial Palace and the Tokyo station. The rooms are small, but clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and tries their best to accommodate guests, despite the language barrier. Some rooms offer a nice view of the Tokyo skyline.

The staff went out of their way to help us! Modern and clean room with a great view of the skyline. Quiet atmosphere and powerful shower. Fantastic amenities and 2 minutes walk from the subway station. Convenient location for exploring Ginza.

I had the best stay in Japan at this hotel! The rooms were lovely and had a funky design. I especially loved the little passageway that led to each room, giving a sense of privacy. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and even provided a map to navigate the city. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of major metro stops and Tokyo Station. The rooms had excellent amenities and a comfy bed, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of Asian and Western options for a satisfying start to the day.
